ClearPath Wellness Initiative empowers youth, adults, families, and communities by providing mental health education, peer support, substance use recovery support, suicide prevention training, and holistic wellness programs that promote resilience, hope, recovery, and overall well-being.

Our Team

Monica Sparks (President/Founder)

Monica Sparks is a mental health advocate, educator, Peer Recovery Supporter, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping individuals and communities find hope, healing, and resilience. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Monica has spent her career breaking down barriers to mental health support, reducing stigma, and creating meaningful opportunities for growth and recovery.

With extensive experience in mental health education, youth suicide prevention, and peer support services, Monica has worked with schools, community organizations, and families to increase awareness and access to evidence-based mental health resources. Her work as a Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Peer Recovery Supporter has allowed her to empower young people and adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges and seek support when needed.

As the Founder and President of ClearPath Wellness Initiative, Monica created the organization from a deep belief that every person deserves access to compassionate support, trusted connections, and opportunities to thrive. Her vision is to build stronger communities through mental health education, peer support, recovery services, wellness programming, and prevention initiatives that inspire hope and foster resilience.

Through leadership, advocacy, and service, Monica remains committed to creating a clear path toward healing, wellness, and lasting positive change for individuals, families, and communities.

Zackary Tower (Treasurer)

As a former Division I athlete, I understand the importance of mental resilience, performance pressure, and maintaining balance under stress, which sparked my passion for mental health awareness and support. Professionally, I’ve developed strong communication, empathy, and client service skills as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, helping individuals navigate one of the most important life decisions. At Clear Path Wellness Initiative, I am committed to reducing mental health stigma and supporting individuals in building resilience, stability, and overall well-being. My goal is to help create clear, supportive pathways toward stronger mental health and personal growth.

Diana Quisenberry (Secretary)

An educator, facilitator, mentor, visionary and instructional leader all describe Diana Quisenberry. Originally from Ohio, she started her educational journey as a special education teacher. Dr. Quisenberry has served and mentored others as a teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, director of education, school principal, human resource director and university professor. 

Her passion is mentoring and empowering others who wish to promote academic and social excellence in students and educators. Dr. Quisenberry possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in her diverse skills and experiences to working in environments such as state and federal correctional institutions, juvenile correctional facilities, public and private schools, and international universities in Ohio, Texas, Georgia and South Korea has molded her into a consummate educator.

Deborah Quisenberry (Director of Operations)

A distinguished IT executive who dedicated over 30 years to leading technology initiatives within state government. During her impactful career, she served as an IT Management leader for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, where she oversaw critical infrastructure and championed modernizations to enhance public services.

Now retired for over a decade, Deborah fully enjoys the rewards of her successful career. She is deeply committed to her family and treasures the quality time they spend together. An avid traveler, she continues to spend her retirement exploring new destinations and enjoying vacations with her loved ones.
